I was going to critique or provide feedback, but no. This is perfect in my eyes.
I need to admit, it doesn't pull much interest to me until I clicked the "Access Restricted to O5 Council" and…. Lord, this is the single most greatest thing ever written by the 05 Council. All to this day, many of us believed they're untouchable and cannot be harmed by anything… Then it was revealed that they're all corrupted in such way, and also as replaceable as the other agents.
Plus, it started with one of the most spine-chilling morally-intriguing words…
"Cold, not cruel."
Straightforward +1 rating is what I'll do. I demand this SCP to be a thing.

You did great. Honestly, this is the MOST interesting SCP draft that I've ever found on the drafting and critique forum section! :D
I rarely ever survive an article long enough to reached the certain collapsible or later details to suddenly find it interesting. The one and only time when someone done it right is when I discovered SCP-2317 due to its unique formatting and unexpectedly massive plot twist. Your SCP do similar thing, but in a whole different fashion.
tl;dr pls let this SCP be a thing, it's so gud
Vermillion Fenrir, this feedback is unhelpful. Blindly praising a draft does nothing to improve it, and if you can't find a flaw you should not comment. Staff prioritize drafts with no responses, so by posting responses like this you lessen other's odds of receiving in depth crit.
I am just taking my time to process this, I mean when I come to the Draft and Critiques forums I expect stuff that needs to be critiqued, I read this and thought "man I could really go for some chicken fingers right now" and then I thought "THIS NEEDS TO BE AN OFFICIAL SCP". But in all seriousness this is near perfection and you should totally publish this to the main page ASAP. :D
